Hi!

Designing with purpose & strategy is at the core of how I deliver for fellow humans.

I'm a Staff Product Designer specializing in enterprise SaaS platforms and AI-augmented experiences. Over 12+ years at ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cars.com, and Sears, I've led design strategy for complex platform migrations, AI-enabled product visions, and cross-organizational transformation initiatives.

I work at the intersection of design strategy, product, and emerging technology; translating ambiguous platform constraints into scalable experiences and aligning executive stakeholders on future-state direction. With my background in both psychology and computer science, I bring a different type of approach to my work across disciplines. That thinking has also contributed to a few patents, viewable on my LinkedIn.

Over the course of my career, I’ve gravitated toward work that sits between design, product, and technology, often stepping in when problems are still forming and teams need help making sense of competing inputs. I’m most effective in environments where decisions ripple across systems and organizations.

I also write about the future of design and AI. My two-part (so far) essay series published by UX Collective explores how product designers can shape the signals and instrumentation that drive intelligent experiences; moving our role from interface-makers to architects of how AI learns and adapts. The second piece was selected as a UX Collective Editor's Choice for December 2025. (From Design to Direction, Designing for Signals)

Outside of work

I am a big believer in lifelong learning and have tried to deliver on that through being a mentor and volunteer volleyball coach! I also have a side business with my family which lets me flex my chops coding for fun when I’m not eagerly diving back into my favorite Zelda games.

I believe we are all here to help one another and to leave the world a little bit better than we found it. Let’s connect and discover something awesome!
