About
I’m Bradly, a product manager at Sola in Atlanta. Before that I spent over a decade as a product designer at ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cars.com and Sears, helping teams make sense of unclear problems and getting leaders aligned on where to go next.

01 · The path
My background is in psychology and computer science, and I taught myself human computer interaction. That mix still shapes how I work: people first, systems second, and screens last.
At Salesforce and ServiceNow I designed for complex enterprise products and mentored people across design, product and engineering. Along the way I noticed the work that mattered most happened before anyone opened a design tool.
At Sola I moved into product management to work on that part directly: setting goals, mapping them to decisions, and making sure what ships is what was meant.

02 · Principles
Find the goal behind the request before anyone draws a screen. Most rework starts with a skipped question.
Show the reasoning, not just the result: a map, a model, a decision log people can argue with.
Every project should leave the team a little more capable than it found them.
Pair what people say with what the data shows, so a decision still holds up when someone pushes back.
